With a foundation in professional dance, 18 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, and an MBA in marketing, The Fit Mode represents a refined approach to training—where performance, precision, and experience intersect.
 

My methodology is rooted in science and designed with intention. Every program is tailored to the individual, balancing intelligent training strategies with the realities of daily life to create results that are both effective and sustainable.
 

I believe true transformation is built through consistency and attention to detail. By focusing on strategic progressions and small, deliberate wins, my clients develop strength, confidence, and lasting results that extend far beyond the gym.​​​
